the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom with a good shower. the hallway was wide and had plenty of natural light. the breakfast had everything I could want in a clean, bright room.
The hotel lacked a restaurant, but there were other great options within walking distance.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby and the cozy fireplace. The hotel's location near local shops and restaurants was convenient, and the room had a comfortable bed.
The Christmas decorations were lacking and uninspiring, which made the common areas feel dull and uninviting. the heating in the room was not working properly, and we had to request extra blankets to stay warm.
